Creating Wellness

Welcome to our Creating Wellness room.  This is the room where your initial Creating Wellness Assessment will take place, as well as all progressive assessments.  Our assessment station has a stress profiler (which uses technology similar to a lie detector test) to help determine how you deal with stresses in your life, a body fat analyzer, as well as many other assessment tools to help determine your personal Wellness Quotient.  Once your Creating Wellness Assessment is complete, Rachel (our Creating Wellness coordinator and personal wellness coach) will develop a personal diet, exercise, and stress management program to help you achieve all of your wellness goals!
